Executive Director, Escrow Management

Knowledge

• Excellent understanding of ESCROW Laws, Regulations in the various Emirates of UAE and high level understanding of Property laws and practices.
• Thorough knowledge about DMAT/ RERA Laws, Regulations, Circulars, practices, in respect of Abu Dhabi Escrow Management.
• Credit policies of the Bank, Account operations and process guidelines, Banking laws and General Property laws in the respective emirates
• Well rounded experience in various commercial Escrow propositions.
• Language proficient: Fluency in English & Arabic required

Experience

• Min 12-15 years of multi-functional (Operations/Corporate Banking/Project Finance/ etc.) Corporate Banking Experience.
• Min 5-7 years of relevant experience in ESCROW Management.
• Cross functional / Cross-product experience of the Bank

Education

• Min Post Graduate Degree
