Must Have Qualifications

15+ years of experience managing and implementing Corporate Banking channel development projects

• experience in a delivering GTB products & solution digitally
• experience in delivering projects using Agile practices
• experience in providing governance and managing a portfolio of projects
• experience with strategic planning in digitization and digital technology
• experience with UI & UX designs and systems architecture and design
• leadership skills to manage & lead a team with 50+ in an organization

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing technology transformation and development projects of similar size/scale and scope.
• Experience in the transformation of traditional technology functions into a service operations culture.
• Ability to effectively drive and lead operational change in an organization with FAB’s size, scale and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicate and influence at the senior executive level.
• Proven experience as a highly effective leader with credibility from demonstrating strong business and technology acumen.
• Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results oriented leadership style.
• Strong relationship building skills
